Erin Bull, BA (HONS)
Erin Bull (she/her) is a passionate, thoughtful researcher who specializes in qualitative research and evaluation. She often acts as the qualitative lead on projects, carrying out safer space engagements with diverse populations, conducting document/literature reviews and environmental scans, analyzing qualitative data, and delivering tailored recommendations for organizations to move forward in a good way. Erin’s intersectional and feminist research lens guides her work; she pays unique attention to the challenges and strengths of those who experience marginalization through systemic violence, and considers it a privilege to be able to work collaboratively towards a safer future.
Jennifer Jones, ITSS
Jennifer Jones has been involved in a wide variety of program evaluation, research and planning projects with public and private sector organizations across Canada and other countries. She has experience in the fields of health, justice, community development, labour market research, and employee engagement. Jennifer has extensive experience in online survey development and analysis, qualitative data collection and analysis, and assisting with report development and design, and project logistics. She has an Information Technology Support Specialist diploma.
Amanda Parriag, PhD
We do research, evaluation and performance measurement like nobody else can.
Amanda is a leading expert in consultations with Indigenous communities, who is known for her in-depth knowledge on qualitative techniques. She works with Indigenous, federal, provincial and municipal governments to evaluate programs focused on health, education and Indigenous issues.
Paul Chaulk, MSc
Paul Chaulk is a researcher, evaluator and consultant in the health, labour market, and other fields. His focus is in participatory program evaluation, performance measurement, and quantitative research methods. Paul has extensive experience in quantitative data analysis including complex survey sampling and analysis and administrative data analyses. In addition, he has conducted numerous interviews and focus groups, labour market studies, literature reviews, and environmental scans. He is a Credentialed Evaluator and has been a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society since 1996. Paul has a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology and has completed and delivered numerous continuing education courses in program evaluation and related fields.
Susan McBroom, MHA
Susan is a highly-skilled researcher and evaluator, with significant experience working with Indigenous organizations and federal and provincial governments. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of evaluation methods, and has expert-level knowledge of the principles of OCAP and other research ethics.
Brittany Pelletier, BA
Brittany is our Fredericton NB research associate who utilizes her sociology training to assist AEG with qualitative and quantitative research, needs assessments, environmental scans, literature reviews, etc. She has experience in working with youth at risk in past positions with Wolastoqiyik Family Services and Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. in New Brunswick.
Brenda Powell, B. Comm, MDC
Brenda has executive-level expertise in major federal/provincial project governance and operations. She has significant experience in financial management and has coordinated audits and evaluations on major project performance winning several top tier awards for Public Service Excellence.
Steven Vanloffeld, MA, MBA
Steven is an Anishinaabe who focusses on Indigenous, government, and community relations. He is a former Band Councillor who possesses an intimate understanding of the economic, health and social issues facing Indigenous communities. He also has executive-level expertise in non-profit administration, governance and operations.
